The company

   STEELTECH is a company, established in Milan in 1978, whose production is entirely dedicated to security products. Its line goes from armored doors for apartments and villas, to bullet-proof glass doors. They make up, besides safety shutters and blinds, fences  and automatic gates, plus alarm systems and CC TV, for most of  customers' requests.
   The family business is headed by Silvio Audoly, a former nuclear plant engineer, who has always built STEELTECH products having in mind middle-high class customers, matching therefore the best available technology to craft quality trimmings. Here we present, among others, two topnotch products. The first, the armoured door MODEL M,  apart from the special antiburglar two locks, commanding eight big latches, offers an unique internal handle which acts as antipanic for a quick opening of the door.
   The second product is aimed to apartmens located on the first or upper floor. It is a balcony-window, which doesn't stir up in the people the "cage effects" of fixed protections. Called SERRAMENTO COMPOSITO, compounded window-frame, is made up of two hinged parts. The first, the bearer, is a frame made with iron welded plates built according insurance companies specifications. On this mother window-door is hinged a second one - with a built-in safety latch - which holds the athermal glass. STEELTECH personnel also restores old doors, sometimes very big ones, mounting the former wooden frames on armoured structures. Before setting it up in the customer's premises, the finished door will be factory tested.
