Sushi !

I don't know, but Chinese people seem to be the most akin ethnic group, on earth, to Italians, since they are very adaptable; sometimes, as in this case, I would say chameleonic; the first feature, as everyone knows, being one of our most acknowledged hallmark.
Take for example this new Sushi restaurant, named TOKYO,
located in via novara 123, Milano (phone 02.45.22.586); well, its staff is Chinese, from Shanghai to be precise, as also is Li Guang Hu, the respectful young cook, who, after working for some time in a real japanese sushi restaurant, now prepares here clean, healthy, delicious and fresh titbits. He uses for this purpose different types of prime quality fishes, all bought in Italy; among them: tuna, bass, salmon, octopus, amber jack, gilthead, eel, oyster, brill, prawn, squid and cuttlefish.
This family run business - in the front line the intelligent Li Li and his even-tempered brother Li Zhao - which I met with by chance the first day of their opening - 7th march 2006 - is brand new restored, with soft spot lights and spacious enough for 54 guests, and  once you enter there, you think you have landed in the outskirts of Tokyo, which, literally speaking, you really have. But, in case you are in a hurry, for a plain €13,2 bill, you can bring home a rainbow coloured dish, like the one showed down here by Lily,  plus a big bottle of tasty TsingTao beer.
I would advise you to try chinese noodles, a dish, garnished with so various fish titbits, that it can be deemed a whole meal itself! What to drink with it? I would match it - if you don't opt for green tea - with a Piersanti Verdicchio wine.

And down here you can see a takeaway, which I enjoyed with green tea, made of sushi and sashimi, arranged by the "famous" Sushi Master Liguang Hu.
